Ms. Libman’s beautiful gowns were recently worn by Miss Universe contestants Miss Nicaragua and Miss Canada during the pageant held in Panama. She is also a favorite designer of the First Lady of the Dominican Republic and designs for performing artists and for those celebrities keeping their eye on the red carpet.
